Foie gras can be eaten during pregnancy when it is cooked. If it is fresh or semi-cooked, you can eat it if it has been pasteurized before canning (check the jar or tin).
Furthermore, foie gras is rich in vitamin A, which in very high doses can be harmful to your baby. It should therefore be consumed only occasionally (1 to 2 times per week maximum).

Yes, provided it is cooked or pasteurized (canned or sterilized jar). Fresh or semi-cooked artisanal foie gras is not recommended due to the risk of listeriosis. Eat it only occasionally due to its vitamin A content.
The two main risks are listeriosis (if the product is not sufficiently cooked) and excess vitamin A (retinol), which can be teratogenic at very high doses. Occasional consumption of pasteurized foie gras remains safe.
Industrial semi-cooked foie gras in jars is generally pasteurized and can be eaten. However, artisanal or homemade semi-cooked foie gras is not always pasteurized and is not recommended during pregnancy.
If the foie gras was canned or jarred, it is very likely pasteurized and safe. For fresh foie gras, watch for fever in the following weeks and consult your doctor if symptoms appear.
